Inspect Your Boiler - Regularly checking your boiler is a vital part of its maintenance, it is important to ensure the vents are clear, the flue is accessible and there is no obvious leaks or dripping coming from your boiler.
Bright Blue Flame - The pilot light of your boiler should always be bright blue in colour, if the flame looks yellow or smokey it is important you contact us immediately.
Boiler Pressure - If you have a pressurised system, regularly check the pressure and if needed adjust it according to your boilers manual. A boiler too high or low in pressure will be less efficient and can increase your homes heating bills.

Snow & Severe frost - If the condensate pipe on your boiler becomes frozen, the boiler's sensors will detect that it has become blocked and prevent the boiler from operating. This is a normal safety precaution to prevent damage to the boiler. To prevent this lag the condense waste pipework outside the building with weather proof foam lagging.

The cost of servicing a gas fire is £100.00 in the Maidstone Area and £110.00 in the Medway Area.
